A Word About Coronavirus, COVID-19:
Like many of you, we have spent the last few days and weeks learning about what this virus is, how it is impacting our world, and what to do about it. While events are changing by the day, for us it means understanding how it is affecting our customers and employees. We have already made changes to provide improved safeguards, and others will likely follow as we adapt to the conditions. Through this we are operating with the simple goal of understanding how to keep our customers and employees safe while meeting people’s needs.
We are closely following CDC guidelines and local events as the occur within the markets we operate in to determine how to go about providing you with the service you are in need of. We have provided our employees guidelines on how to remain sanitary and to stay home when ill. We have also provided them with instructions on what to do should they be asked to service a product in a home where an illness is present.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt to what is called for based upon the changing conditions.

What happens if my appliance isn’t worth repairing?
When we visit, our techs will run diagnostics and create a quote for you so you can see how much the repair will cost. We can use our expertise from years in the field to determine if the cost of the repair is worth more than the unit is worth. If you decide to not move forward with the repair, we can give you a voucher for half of the repair estimate back toward the purchase of a new appliance. If you do decide to move forward with the repair, then we’ll proceed and should be able to fix the appliance right then! We’ll always be up front and honest with you about whether we think it’s cost effective to replace instead of repair.
Can you repair all types of appliances?
We can repair most types of major appliances including washers and dryers, refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, garbage disposals, ovens/ranges, and cooktops. Just contact us and we’ll let you know!
How are repair charges calculated?
Depending on the type of repair needed and the scope of the repair, the charge are broken into 3 categories: 1) Trip and Diagnosis, 2) Repair Labor and 3) Parts. The trip and diagnosis fee as well as the labor fee are only charged once.
Can you fix it in one day?
As with most types of repairs, how long it takes to fix will depend on what is wrong. We do our best to qualify the repair before sending out a technician so that the technician arrives with the correct part or parts in order to fix the problem right away. However, if we determine we do not have the part needed right away to repair your appliance, we will come back for another visit to finish the job.
Will you charge me again if you have to come out a second time?
No! You will only be charged the trip and diagnosis fee and the labor fee once, even if we have to make more than one trip out to your home.
Can you schedule around my day?
We do our absolute best to find an appointment time that works with your busy day. We know it’s already enough of a hassle that an appliance is in need of service, and we don’t want to make any more work for you. We will create an appointment window for you that is three hours, meaning we’d be scheduled to arrive sometime within that period; i.e. between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. If you’d like we can also arrange for you to receive a call when your technician is 15 to 30 minutes away from being at your residence.
Can you bill me?
The short answer is no. Payment is due at the time the service is completed, and we accept check or credit card. There is however an exception for certain customers who have been pre-qualified with our accounting department. If you feel you may qualify for this, please reach out to our wonderful office staff.
