This fee includes the trip and diagnosis time needed to provide you with an estimated cost of repair. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the $125 trip and diagnosis fee is due at this time. This happens if a part is not available (uncommon), or if the parts and labor needed are too costly to proceed with the repair.
