Having problems with your Roper appliances? Here is what to do:

Before getting started, please have your model and serial number handy.

Most model numbers are located on a tag around the opening where your appliance door closes, but not on the actual door itself.  If the tag is in a spot where you can’t quite read it, consider taking a picture with your phone.

Extended Warranty Customers:

Products covered by an extended warranty must be dispatched to us by your extended warranty company. We are not allowed to service these products without our first receiving written authorization from your extended warranty provider prior to an appointment being scheduled.

Note: The booking process takes about 2 minutes. A note regarding OOW Repair Costs: Diamond will come to your home and inspect your appliance to determine what is wrong for a fee of $150. This fee includes the trip and diagnosis time needed to provide you with an estimated cost of repair. Any additional labor or parts charge will be reviewed with you prior to our technician doing any further work. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the $150 trip  and diagnosis fee is due at this time. This happens if a part is not available (uncommon), or if the parts and labor needed are too costly to proceed with the repair.
