A Word About Coronavirus, COVID-19:
Like many of you, we have spent the last few days and weeks learning about what this virus is, how it is impacting our world, and what to do about it. While events are changing by the day, for us it means understanding how it is affecting our customers and employees. We have already made changes to provide improved safeguards, and others will likely follow as we adapt to the conditions. Through this we are operating with the simple goal of understanding how to keep our customers and employees safe while meeting people’s needs.

Can you fix my appliance?
We service all major appliances, including freezers, washers, dishwashers, dryers, cooktops, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves and more. Give us a call!
How do I schedule?
You can schedule an appointment by phone or online. We’ll give you a call one business day prior to us coming to your home, and give you a three hour window in which we will arrive. For example, 10:30am – 1:30pm. We know you’re busy and don’t want to wait around all day for us to arrive. We can also give you a call when your technician is 15 to 30 minutes away so that you’re ready for us to be there!
How will I be charged for repairs?
If your appliance’s repair is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, then there is no cost to you. However, if you appliance’s repair is not covered by a warranty, then the charges are broken into 3 categories: 1) Trip and Diagnosis, 2) Repair Labor and 3) Parts. The Trip and Diagnosis fee includes our technician visiting your home, reviewing what is needed to repair your appliance and creating an estimate for the work required for your appliance. You’ll only be charged for the labor and the parts if you choose to repair your appliance after you receive the quote. Payment is due once all of the repairs are completed, and can be paid by check or credit card.
Can you tell me if my appliance is worth repairing?
We run a full diagnostic check on the appliance to see what needs to be done, and we can use that, paired with our years of experience, to let you know if the repair cost is more than the appliance is worth. If you choose not to repair your appliance, but instead replace it, we can provide a voucher that is good for half back on the repair estimate to use toward a new appliance. However, if you choose to repair the appliance, we can do that too!
Do I have to be there when the technician is there?
Yes, with the exception of apartments or commercial settings. We cannot send a technician to your home without someone being present for the duration of the visit. Invariably there are questions that someone needs to be on location to help us with. If the time we have set up is not convenient for you, give us a call and we can reschedule!
How much will it cost?
Each appliance repair is going to be different, depending on the appliance, the part needed to repair it, and how extensive the labor is. When we come to your home, we will provide you an estimate once we can run diagnostics and determine what repair or repairs are needed. If the repair is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, then there is no cost to you!
How long will it take to fix my appliance?
We hope to have all repairs completed in the first visit! The length of the repair will depend on what needs to be done and how extensive the repair is. By reviewing your repair before the technician is sent, we typically will have the part or parts with us already that are needed to complete the repair. However, if we need to visit a second time in order to complete the repair, you will only be charged for the trip and the labor once.
