A Word About Coronavirus, COVID-19:
Like many of you, we have spent the last few days and weeks learning about what this virus is, how it is impacting our world, and what to do about it. While events are changing by the day, for us it means understanding how it is affecting our customers and employees. We have already made changes to provide improved safeguards, and others will likely follow as we adapt to the conditions. Through this we are operating with the simple goal of understanding how to keep our customers and employees safe while meeting people’s needs.
We are closely following CDC guidelines and local events as the occur within the markets we operate in to determine how to go about providing you with the service you are in need of. We have provided our employees guidelines on how to remain sanitary and to stay home when ill. We have also provided them with instructions on what to do should they be asked to service a product in a home where an illness is present.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt to what is called for based upon the changing conditions.

Can you service my appliance?
We service most major appliances in your kitchen and laundry room, including washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, refrigerators, freezers and garbage disposals.
How am I charged for repairs?
There are three different charges that you will incur when repairing your appliance. First is the trip and diagnostic fee. This is the fee for coming to your home, determining what is wrong with your appliance, and creating an estimate. The second is the labor fee. This will be determined based upon the kind of labor that will be required to repair your appliance. And lastly there is the part fee, which will vary depending on the part or parts that are required for your appliance repair. All payments are due upon the completion of the repair by the technician, and we accept credit or check.
How do you schedule?
When you are scheduled for an appointment, you will receive a three hour window in which a technician will meet you at your home. We know you probably don’t want to wait around all day for a technician to show, but we also do not know how long the appointment before yours will last. Therefore we give you a window during which we will arrive. If you’d like, we can also give you a call prior to us arriving, by 15 to 30 minutes, so you know we’re on our way.
Is my appliance worth repairing?
Our technician will run diagnostics as well as use their years of field experience to determine if they think your appliance is worth being repaired. If you choose to have it repaired, we will likely be able to do it right on the spot! If you choose to replace your appliance instead, you will only be charged for the trip and diagnostics. Ask us about a voucher for half back on your diagnostics fee if you choose to replace your appliance instead.
Must I be present during the repair?
Yes, an adult must be home while the appliance is being repaired. The only exceptions to this are if the appliance is in a commercial or apartment building setting. There are almost always going to be questions regarding the repair, and we need to make sure someone is home to answer them.
Can you bill me instead?
Typically no, we do not bill for repairs. We do accept credit cards and checks upon the completion of the repairs.
How long will it take to fix my appliance?
We hope to have all repairs completed in the first visit! The length of the repair will depend on what needs to be done and how extensive the repair is. By reviewing your repair before the technician is sent, we typically will have the part or parts with us already that are needed to complete the repair. However, if we need to visit a second time in order to complete the repair, you will only be charged for the trip and the labor once.
