A Word About Coronavirus, COVID-19:
Like many of you, we have spent the last few days and weeks learning about what this virus is, how it is impacting our world, and what to do about it. While events are changing by the day, for us it means understanding how it is affecting our customers and employees. We have already made changes to provide improved safeguards, and others will likely follow as we adapt to the conditions. Through this we are operating with the simple goal of understanding how to keep our customers and employees safe while meeting people’s needs.
We are closely following CDC guidelines and local events as the occur within the markets we operate in to determine how to go about providing you with the service you are in need of. We have provided our employees guidelines on how to remain sanitary and to stay home when ill. We have also provided them with instructions on what to do should they be asked to service a product in a home where an illness is present.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt to what is called for based upon the changing conditions.

Is my appliance worth repairing?
Our technician will run diagnostics as well as use their years of field experience to determine if they think your appliance is worth being repaired. If you choose to have it repaired, we will likely be able to do it right on the spot! If you choose to replace your appliance instead, you will only be charged for the trip and diagnostics. Ask us about a voucher for half back on your diagnostics fee if you choose to replace your appliance instead.
How will I know when I’m scheduled?
One business day prior to your scheduled service appointment, we will call to give you a three hour window in which we will be arriving, for example 11:00am – 2:00pm. If that time does not work for you, we can reschedule at that point. Also, if you’d like, we can call you again on the day of your appointment when we are 15 to 30 minutes away. We know your schedule is busy, and we want this to be as convenient for you as possible.
What types of appliances do you service?
We provide service for all types of major home appliances including freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, cooktops and more.
What is your charging structure?
If your appliance and the repairs needed are still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, then there is no charge to you. Most manufacturer warranties however do not cover physical damage or customer education. If your appliance is not covered under a warranty, then the charges are broken up into three areas: 1) Trip and Diagnosis, 2) Repair Labor and 3) Parts. Trip and Diagnosis includes a technician coming to your home and running diagnostics on the appliance and charged only once. The repair labor is charged if you move ahead with the repair, and is also only charged once, even if a technician needs to come again to complete repairs. The parts charge will be dependent on what part or parts are needed to complete repairs.
Do I need to be present during repairs?
Yes. With the exception of apartments or commercial settings, we cannot send our technicians out to a home without a person being there during the repair. If you cannot be home during the time you are scheduled, then we will work with you to reschedule for a time that is more convenient and you or another adult can be home for the duration of the service appointment.
Will my appliance be fixed in one visit?
It is our goal to get your appliance fixed on our first visit. A technician qualifies your repair before we visit your home so that we are prepared with parts on hand for the problems you are experiencing. However, if we cannot repair your appliance on the first visit, then you will not be charged again for the trip and diagnostics.
Can you bill me instead?
Payment is due at the time the service is completed. We accept check or credit card, and will then email you a detailed bill with all of your charges. There are a couple of exceptions to this rule: qualified, returning customers with specific types of service can set up non-C.O.D. billing is they are approved by accounting. Call our office for specifics.
