A Word About Coronavirus, COVID-19:
Like many of you, we have spent the last few days and weeks learning about what this virus is, how it is impacting our world, and what to do about it. While events are changing by the day, for us it means understanding how it is affecting our customers and employees. We have already made changes to provide improved safeguards, and others will likely follow as we adapt to the conditions. Through this we are operating with the simple goal of understanding how to keep our customers and employees safe while meeting people’s needs.
We are closely following CDC guidelines and local events as the occur within the markets we operate in to determine how to go about providing you with the service you are in need of. We have provided our employees guidelines on how to remain sanitary and to stay home when ill. We have also provided them with instructions on what to do should they be asked to service a product in a home where an illness is present.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt to what is called for based upon the changing conditions.

Can you fix my appliance?
We service all major appliances, including freezers, washers, dishwashers, dryers, cooktops, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves and more. Give us a call!
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by giving us a call or online. You’ll be given a three hour window in which we will arrive, and we’ll call one business day ahead of time. We know you’d rather not be waiting around all day for our technicians to arrive, so if you want, we can also give you a call when we are 15 to 30 minutes away from your home.
How are repair charges calculated?
Depending on the type of repair needed and the scope of the repair, the charge are broken into 3 categories: 1) Trip and Diagnosis, 2) Repair Labor and 3) Parts. The trip and diagnosis fee as well as the labor fee are only charged once.
Can you tell if my appliance is worth repairing?
When our technician comes to do the diagnostic check and give you an estimate on the repairs that are needed, we can give you our evaluation on whether we feel your appliance is worth repairing or not. If you choose not to have the unit repaired, we will only charge the Trip and Diagnostic fee. If you choose to replace your appliance instead of having it repaired, we do have partnerships with local dealers in order to get you a discount on your new appliance.
Why is it important for me to be home during the repair?
With the exception of apartments or commercial settings, we cannot send our technicians out to a home without a person being there during the repair. Invariably there are questions that someone needs to be on location to help us with. Please contact us to set up a more convenient date/time if this is the case.
Can I be billed for my repair?
Typically the answer to that question is no. Payment is due at the time the repair is completed.. We accept checks or charge-cards, and will email you a detailed receipt with the charges and repairs. We only set up billing accounts with customers with specific history with our company and whose credit application has been approved by our accounting department. If you feel that you may qualify for this service, please reach out to our friendly office staff!
Will my appliance be fixed in one visit?
It is our goal to get your appliance fixed on our first visit. A technician qualifies your repair before we visit your home so that we are prepared with parts on hand for the problems you are experiencing. However, if we cannot repair your appliance on the first visit, then you will not be charged again for the trip and diagnostics.
