A Word About Coronavirus, COVID-19:
Like many of you, we have spent the last few days and weeks learning about what this virus is, how it is impacting our world, and what to do about it. While events are changing by the day, for us it means understanding how it is affecting our customers and employees. We have provided our employees guidelines on how to remain sanitary and to stay home when ill. We have also provided them with instructions on what to do should they be asked to service a product in a home where an illness is present.

How do I know if my appliance is worth getting fixed?
Our technicians will run a full diagnostic check on your appliance and determine what is wrong with it, and what will be needed to fix it. They can then use their years of experience in the field to determine if the repair is worth more than the value of the appliance itself. If you choose to replace your appliance rather than repair it, you will only be charged for the trip and the diagnostics. However, if you choose to move forward with the repair, we should be able to fix it for you right then and there!
How will I know when I am scheduled?
We will call you one business day prior to you scheduled appointment to let you know when we are expected to arrive. We schedule these appointments in three hour blocks, meaning we will give you a time such as 12:00pm – 3:00pm as to when we will be arriving. The duration of the appointment itself will vary depending on what repairs are needed. If you’d like, we can also give you a call when we are 30 minutes away from arriving.
How will I be charged?
If your repair is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, then the repair will be no cost to you. Any other repairs are broken into 3 categories: 1) Trip and Diagnosis, 2) Repair Labor and 3) Parts. Trip and diagnosis is the fee for us to come to your home, run diagnostics on the appliance, and get you a quote on what is needed for the repair. You will only be charged for the trip fee once, even if we have to come to your home more than once to complete the repair. The labor and parts fees will vary depending on the type of repair that is needed.
Why do I have to be home during the repair?
When our technicians are repairing an appliance, there are almost always questions that will need to be answered by someone in the home. Therefore, we need an adult to be home for the duration of the visit. If the time that we’ve scheduled with you is not convenient for us to come, please give us a call! We’re happy to work around your schedule.
When should I get my appliance fixed?
It is recommended that as soon as you notice something wrong with your appliance, you call us right away. Many problems can get worse if they are left unchecked, and what could be a simple fix could turn into a problem that requires a lot more work, or the appliance breaks completely. In some instances, what may seem to be a small problem could lead to the appliance breaking in a dangerous way and maybe even causing electrical problems. The sooner you address a problem with your appliance, the better.
Can you fix my appliance in one visit?
Diamond is able to fix more appliances in the first visit than any of our competitors. We have a technician qualify the visit before sending someone out to your home, so that we have the likely parts that are needed with us when we come out. However, sometimes there repairs that will require more than one trip.
