What types of appliances do you repair?
We can do refrigerator repairs, freezer repairs, oven and range repairs, fix cooktops, repair microwaves, dishwasher repairs, garbage disposal repairs and more!
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by giving us a call or online. You’ll be given a three hour window in which we will arrive, and we’ll call one business day ahead of time. We know you’d rather not be waiting around all day for our technicians to arrive, so if you want, we can also give you a call when we are 15 to 30 minutes away from your home.
How do you charge for repairs?
A covered manufacturer warranty repair is provided at no charge, per the terms of the appliance’s warranty. In warranty repairs do not include customer education, or other repairs not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, such as physical damage. Out of Warranty repairs are broken into 3 categories: 1) Trip and Diagnosis, 2) Repair Labor and 3) Parts. Trip and Diagnosis includes our technician visiting your home, reviewing what is needed to repair your appliance and a written estimate of the work required for your appliance. Trip, Diagnosis and Labor are one time charges, regardless of how many trips we may need to make to repair your appliance.
Should I just replace my appliance?
If you’re unsure whether you should replace or repair your appliance, our service techs can help you determine that. We’ll run a full diagnostic check, give you an estimate, and use our years of experience to determine if the cost of the repair is worth more than the unit itself. If you choose not to have the unit repaired, you will only be charged the trip and diagnostic fee.
Why do I have to be home during the repair?
We cannot send technicians to a home that does not have an adult present for the duration of the visit. There are almost always questions that need to be answered, and also to give us both peace of mind. If the time you have scheduled is not convenient for you, then we can work to find a time that you can be home.
Will my appliance be fixed same day?
Our goal is always to have your appliance repaired in the first visit. Our technicians arrive with the parts that should be needed so that we don’t have to waste your time coming out again. We always want to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
Will you charge me again if you have to come out a second time?
You will only be charged the trip fee and the labor fee once, no matter if we have to make another trip in order to complete the appliance repairs.
